Junior Supporter / Account Manager

Job description

Web Solutions administers domain names on behalf of clients world wide. We are seeking a Junior Supporter/Account Manager for our Support Team in Szczecin.

Your profile can be administrative or IT - even sales oriented!  We will find the right spot for you in our Support Team.


 Work areas:
  • Client support, 
  • All round domain name registration & management
  • Hosting setup and support, internal and external
  • DNS configuration, FTP clients, SSL, DNSSEC
  • Development and maintenance of Internal procedures
  • Projects in coordination with Team Leader and Management

Requirements

  • Relevant experience or education - office or IT related
  • Good English skills, writing/speaking
  • Above normal attention to detail
  • As a person you are independent and structured. However, you work just as well in a team.
  • You thrive in a service orientated job, and have a practical mind that value producing results within given deadlines.
